Working Foreman wanted - Dundee

BCS Connect are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Foreman to support a refurbishment and conversion project in Dundee. This is a short-term contract working on the transformation of an older building into modern apartments.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trades on site, ensuring work is delivered in accordance with project plans, quality expectations, safety regulations, and deadlines.

Key Duties Include:

• Breaking out concrete floors

• Installing drainage and eco drains

• Installation of floor channels

• Bricking up old doorways

• Lift shaft installation

• Other associated refurbishment and construction tasks

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a Foreman with proven experience in overseeing similar building conversions or refurbishment projects. The following qualifications are required:

• SMSTS or CSCS Manager Card

• Valid First Aid Certification

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager

Contract Details

• Location: Dundee

• Duration: Approx. 2 months

• Pay Rate: £280–£300 per day (dependent on experience)
