Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Location: Great Barr

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in managing a dynamic warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock control and ensure accurate inventory management
• Lead and manage a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
• Being hands on, working in the despatch and order picking departments and also Saw Operating
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to maintain efficiency
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Handle day-to-day operations to meet deadlines and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management and stock control
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems is essential
