Transport Co-ordinator – £12.21 per hour – Lichfield

We're working with a well-established client in the Lichfield area who is looking to add a proactive and organised Transport Co-ordinator to their logistics team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating the movement of goods and vehicles.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, and Friday 8am to 1:30pm, totalling 37 hours per week. The hourly rate is £12.21.

This role offers 28 days annual leave, a supportive working environment, and full training for the right candidate. There are also long-term career opportunities for individuals looking to grow in logistics or transport coordination.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include organising transport with external hauliers, raising purchase orders, booking deliveries via client systems (such as Datascope), coordinating internal FLT drivers, managing the site delivery calendar, handling delivery notes, liaising with drivers, and supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team with general administration.

We’re ideally looking for someone with previous experience in logistics or transport admin, but training will be provided. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude are essential.
