Are you an experienced Technical Manager / Director with expertise in 278 works, roads, and sewers?

BCS connect have a fantastic opportunity for you to lead and guide technical design projects from start to finish, with a focus on high-quality execution and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical design and guidance on 278 works, ensuring all aspects meet required standards and specifications
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design stages through to completion
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contract managers, and site managers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting to support the team in meeting project goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and industry best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Director within 278 works and road and sewer projects
• Strong technical background and design expertise, with a deep understanding of project requirements
• A degree in Engineering is essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with different project stakeholders
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to managing technical challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively while providing strong leadership and guidance
