About the Role:

BCS Connect is seeking a skilled and experienced Stores Operative to join our client's team in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company with the potential for the role to become permanent based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating an overhead crane to move heavy materials
• Managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels
• Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Operating a counterbalance or sideloader forklift (preferable)
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date overhead crane licence is essential
• Counterbalance or sideloader forklift licence is preferable
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
