site Agent Wanted with Water Sector and civils experience

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity within Civil Engineering and Wastewater projects?

BCS Connect are working on behalf of our client who are looking for a Site Agent to join their team and help deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across the region. 
If you have strong site leadership experience, a commitment to health & safety, and the ability to manage programmes, budgets and teams effectively — we want to hear from you!
 
Key Responsibilities

• Planning, programming and resourcing of works
• Preparing and monitoring contract budgets and project programmes
• Site cost control and efficient use of resources
• Delivering works to specified quality standards
• Ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental compliance
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and operatives
• Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
• Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
• Overseeing inspection, testing, commissioning and project handover

Essential Requirements

• CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6)
• SMSTS – 5 Day Course
• First Aid – Full 3 Day Course
• NRSWA Supervisor
• Engineering background preferred (HNC/HND Civil Engineering)

 
Desirable (Advantageous)

• Temporary Works Co-ordinator
• Confined Space Training
• Lifting Appointed Person
• Practicable Environmental Management
• Wastewater / Utilities project experience

 
Location
Must be able to commute to West Bromwich.
