BCS Connect is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Hednesford, Cannock. We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operative to join their busy sheet metal department on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components.
- Operate guillotines and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform general ducting works and metal fabrication tasks as required.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Carry out regular maintenance checks on machines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating and setting a press brake.
- Experience with guillotines and knowledge of ducting works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
