???? We're Hiring: Plater Fabricator – Stafford – Up to £35,000 p.a – Days – Permanent ????

BCS Connect are working with a leading engineering firm in the Stafford area to recruit an experienced Plater Fabricator for a days-based, permanent position.

If you're confident reading complex engineering drawings and have hands-on fabrication experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

???? What’s on offer:

? Permanent role with long-term stability

? Monday–Friday days only – no shifts!

? Salary up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

Fabricating and plating from detailed engineering drawings

Working with mild and heavy gauge steel

Assisting welders and supporting production output

Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and finish

? What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Plater Fabricator

Excellent reading of engineering/technical drawings

Skilled in marking out, cutting, drilling, forming, and basic welding

A team player who can hit the ground running

???? Based in the Stafford area – easily commutable from Cannock, Rugeley, Wolverhampton, and Stoke.
