Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Rotating shifts, 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)
Type: Temp to Perm

BCS Connect are recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing clients – a family-run business and one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of plastic injection mouldings and technical assemblies. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Moulding Operative to join their team in Aldridge, Walsall.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a strong emphasis on finding someone who is looking for a long-term role within a stable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating plastic injection moulding machinery

• Monitoring production quality and identifying any defects

• Assisting in changeovers and machine maintenance where necessary

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous plastic injection moulding experience is essential

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

• A reliable, proactive attitude and a desire to develop within the company

• Willingness to work rotating shifts within a 4-day week structure
