BCS Connect are recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and successful manufacturing business based in Brownhills, for an experienced Office Manager.
If you’re organised, proactive, and confident leading a small team – this is your chance to join a well-established company where no two days are the same.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, purchasing, and office coordination, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

????? Office Manager – Key Duties

Manage the day-to-day running of the office
-
Lead and support office staff, including recruitment, training, and appraisals

Take charge of purchasing: order supplies, liaise with suppliers, and keep costs under control

Oversee budgets, invoices, and records

Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
-
Maintain accurate HR files, financial records, and stock documentation
-
Support the Managing Director with admin and operational tasks
? What we’re looking for
-
Previous experience as an Office Manager in a manufacturing or similar setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Confident managing purchasing and supply processes
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and admin systems
-
Able to multitask, prioritise, and keep things running smoothly
