Office administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
BCS Connect is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a knack for multitasking to support the smooth running of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

Raising Purchase Order (PO) numbers for procurement and tracking purposes.

Chasing invoices and ensuring timely payments.

Preparing and managing timesheets for employees.

Ordering materials and supplies as required for projects.

Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
