MIG Production Welders – £13.00–£15.00ph – Walsall – Temp to Perm

MIG Production Welder roles available now in Walsall. Earn £13.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience and enjoy a four-day working week – Monday to Thursday only. We’re looking for two experienced MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team, working on pipe and tube products using jigged setups.

What you'll be doing as a MIG Production Welder:

MIG Welding pipe and tube products
Working with pre-jigged assemblies for efficiency and accuracy
Interpreting basic technical drawings
Performing consistent, high-quality welds
Meeting daily production targets
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

What we’re looking for:

Proven MIG welding experience – ideally in a production environment
Comfortable with jigged setups and repeat welding tasks
Able to read and understand basic fabrication drawings
Willingness to attend and pass a weld test onsite
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Looking for a long-term opportunity – this role will go Temp to Perm for the right person
