Position: MIG Welder (TIG Welding Experience Beneficial)

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm 

About the Role:
We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Walsall. If you have experience with TIG welding, that's a bonus! This role involves working on small, intricate, and neat welding projects, so attention to detail is crucial. You’ll have the chance to transition from a temporary to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of small, intricate parts and assemblies.
• Conduct TIG welding when required.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship with a focus on neatness and precision.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Work from technical drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG welding skills are a plus.
• Ability to perform precise, small-scale, and intricate work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
