Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for stable, long-term work with great hours and a supportive team? Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking to add a skilled Machine Operator to their busy manufacturing site in Dudley.

This is an ongoing role, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (paid weekly).

What will you be doing as a Machine Operator?
You’ll be operating machinery in a factory setting, inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll also be responsible for loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe working area, and following all health and safety procedures. Some heavy lifting may be required depending on the workload.

What do you need to succeed?
You’ll need previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, or Factory Operative. Ideally, you will be confident using measuring gauges or tools to quality-check your own work. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication and a proactive approach are also key to success in this role.
