Loading Supervisor – Night Shift

BCS Connect are recruiting for a Loading Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Aldridge area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp to perm role with weekly pay and genuine career progression.

The position is based on night shifts, working Monday to Friday from midnight until 8am. As Loading Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient loading of vehicles, working both manually and with a counterbalance forklift truck. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring a high level of fitness as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Applicants must hold a current valid counterbalance forklift licence and have experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting. You will also need basic computer knowledge to complete loading records and update systems accurately. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and correctly will be key to your success.

The role offers £14 per hour plus shift allowance, paid weekly. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to grow within a well-established company.
