About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Operator/Setter and Press Brake Operator/Setter on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in the Dudley/Stourbridge area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual looking to build a long-term career within a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting Bystronic laser cutting machines
- Operating and setting press brake machines
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Assisting with other general manufacturing duties as required

Desirable (but not essential):
- MIG welding experience – highly advantageous and may broaden your duties and progression within the role

What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable and skilled all-rounder with experience operating both laser and press brake machinery
- A team player with a good work ethic and attention to detail
- Local to the Dudley/Stourbridge area or able to reliably commute
- Someone looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable, growing business
