Are you an experienced GRP Laminator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We have a fantastic role available in Aldridge, offering a temporary-to-permanent position with excellent working hours and the chance to earn overtime.

Your role as a GRP Laminator:
As a GRP Laminator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality fibreglass components using hand lay-up and gel coat techniques. Your daily tasks will include:
???? Preparing moulds and applying release agents
???? Hand laminating fibreglass materials with precision
???? Mixing and applying gel coats to moulded surfaces
???? Trimming, finishing, and assembling components
???? Ensuring quality control and maintaining a tidy work environment
???? Working to strict safety and production standards
What we’re looking for:
? Previous experience as a GRP Laminator or within fibreglass manufacturing
? Knowledge of hand lay-up and gel coat applications
? Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Commitment to health and safety standards
