BCS Connect is proud to announce that we’ve been selected to recruit experienced Groundwork staff and machine operators for a major project! This is your chance to be part of something big, working on a site where your skills and expertise will make a real impact.

Roles Available:
2 x Forward Tipping Dumper Drivers
3 x General Labourers
Groundworkers
Roller Operative

Duties Include:
Drainage: Installing and maintaining underground systems to ensure effective water management.
Cabling: Preparing trenches and laying cabling for utilities and infrastructure.
Trenching: Excavating precise trenches for various services and utilities.
Concreting: Pouring and finishing concrete for foundations, slabs, and other essential structures.
General Groundworks: Supporting a wide range of groundwork activities to keep the project on track.
Hand Digging: Performing detailed and careful excavation in areas where machinery access is limited.

What We’re Looking For:
Skilled professionals with experience in groundwork or operating machinery.
A proactive, safety-first approach on site.
Minimum CSCS, CPCS, or NPORS certification (for machines).
