General Operative – £12.21ph – Days – Cannock – Temp to Perm

Pay rate is £12.21 per hour, with consistent day shifts and a temp-to-perm contract on offer. Full training is provided and you’ll be working in a clean, team-driven environment with clear progression routes.

As a General Operative, you’ll be involved in key factory-based duties, supporting the production and handling of sheet metal and other heavy industrial products. You’ll be responsible for lifting and positioning large panels, using a variety of hand tools, and working with industrial bonding materials. This is a hands-on, physical role that suits someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

We’re ideally looking for candidates with some previous factory or industrial experience. Confidence with basic hand tools, a practical mindset, and the ability to work safely with heavy materials will set you up for success in this role.
