General Operative – Brownhills

We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join a busy manufacturing company in Brownhills. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The role pays £12.21 per hour. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, and Fridays with an early finish at 3.00pm.

As a General Operative, your duties will include operating a pellet machine, loading filter bags, and carrying out general production and warehouse tasks as required. You will need to be hands-on, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking long-term work, with the chance to move from temporary to permanent employment.
