Forklift Truck Driver – Counterbalance & Reach Truck Licences

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver with both Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to join our team in the Aldridge area. This is a day shift position with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating Forklifts: Safely operate both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move, load, and unload goods around the warehouse and distribution areas.

Material Handling: Transport stock to designated areas in the warehouse, ensuring safe stacking and proper storage.
Order Picking: Accurately pick and pack orders as per customer and internal requests, maintaining high standards of efficiency.
Stock Control: Assist with inventory checks, ensuring stock is handled correctly and reporting any discrepancies.
Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including vehicle inspections and correct PPE usage.

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklift licences.
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
