Foreman/Supervisor wanted for a long term contract in Northampton - Substation based.

BCS Connect are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Foreman to work on a substation build project for our client based in Wellingborough.

This role will involve supervising site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification, and liaising with the client and project team on a daily basis.

Key Information:

• Location: Wellingborough

• Project: Substation build (works located outside of the substation grounds)

• Duration: Work available until August

• Rate of Pay: £300 per day

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Supervisor or Foreman on civils or infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of site safety and health & safety procedures

• Ability to manage site teams and oversee daily operations

• Good communication and organisational skills

Additional Information:

• EUSR PERSON ticket is not required for this role as works are outside the substation boundary
