BCS Connect are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Dudley for a Factory Operative to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with a well-established business.

Responsibilities:
Assisting operators by removing cut metal parts from machine beds
Packing parts onto pallets/boxes ready for dispatch
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:
Physical stamina and strength – this is a hands-on role
Good communication skills
Forklift Truck Licence (B1 – Mandatory)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Rotational Shifts:
AM Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

PM Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm–11:30pm
Friday: 2:00pm–6:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
