Estimator required with a ground works background for a permanent position based in Leicester.

Our client is seeking to employ an experienced Estimator for their business based in Leicester. 
Our client is an established groundworks contractor who specialise in this sector operating throughout the Midlands and Southwest regions. They have a fantastic order book for 2022 giving them unrivalled expansion plans. 
The ideal Estimator will have experience of groundworks based tenders along with road and sewers and other associated works. 278 works with project values from £100k to £12 million. The ideal Estimator will also have experience working with Causeway or other software.

Role & Requirements
•    Working as an estimator on behalf of main contract or sub contract packages
•    The ability to work on various schemes with being able to with the workloads expected.
•    Have good knowledge of NEC and ICC forms of contracts. 
•    Comfortable working on project with values up to 12 million.
•    To have the hunger to succeed and grow with a business who are growing too.

The successful candidate will receive the following package
•    £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary (based on experience)
•    Car allowance or company car
•    20 days leave plus bank holidays
•    Healthcare scheme & pension
