We are now looking for a talented Metal Facade Estimator to join our clients team and help continue to set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Assessment: Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor requirements for aluminium rainscreen systems.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal facade projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive bids to secure new projects.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Metal Facade Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of aluminium rainscreen systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
