About Us:
We are now looking for a talented Metal Facade Estimator to join our clients team and help continue to set the standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assessment: Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor requirements for aluminium rainscreen systems.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal facade projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive bids to secure new projects.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Metal Facade Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of aluminium rainscreen systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
