Earthworks Supervisor required in Swindon

BCS connect are currently working with a client in Swindon, Wiltshire who is looking for an Earthworks Supervisor for a 6 month, long term contract.

Our client is seeking to employ an experienced Earthworks Supervisor for their project based in Swindon, Wiltshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk earthworks projects. You will have previous experience of running gangs.

Responsibilities;

*** Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

*** Address any concerns or conflicts that arise among team members promptly and professionally

*** Sustain accurate records of work performed

***Co-ordinate with project managers to ensure completion of tasks and projects.

***As an Earthworks Supervisor you will be overseeing the gangs on site an ensure that the work is completed at a high level.

***Carry out toolbox talks and assiting with inductions

Requirements;

***SSSTS and CSCS Gold Card

***Must have an Earthworks background

***Experience as an Earthworks Supervisor on similar projects.
