Drainage Supervisor position in Wolverhampton.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Supervisor to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable supervisor with a strong background in drainage or utilities to secure a long-term role.

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay: Negotiable (DOE)

Type: Temp to Perm

Start: ASAP

Role Responsibilities

-Supervising drainage works on site and managing operatives

-Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

-Delivering site briefings and overseeing RAMS

-Coordinating plant, equipment, and permits

-Liaising with management, clients, and subcontractors

-Using survey equipment where required (e.g. GPS kits, total stations)

Essential Requirements

-Proven supervisory experience

-SSSTS

-First Aid

-CSCS Gold card (or equivalent)

-Working understanding of:

*CDM 2015 duties (supervision, briefings, RAMS control, cooperation)

*LOLER / PUWER basics (plant & lifting gear controls, pre-use checks)

*Permit systems (hot works, confined space, excavation, lifting)

-Previous experience using survey equipment (GPS kits, total stations, etc.)
