BCS connect are recruiting for a Depot Manager on behalf of an established environmental services company. You will have responsibility of leading depot operations, driving commercial success, and delivering a high quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage depot performance, financials, and team operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promote new business.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Oversee logistical planning and staff management, including recruitment and training.

Essential Requirements;

• Experience in the waste or industrial services industry is essential
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
• Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
