Job Advertisement: Decoiling Line Operator ??

Are you an experienced professional in the Steel Industry? We are looking for a Decoiling Line Operator to lead the operation of a busy decoiling line and manage a team of at least three at our Dudley location.

Location: Dudley
Rate of Pay: £13.71 per hour

Working Hours:
This role operates on a weekly rotating double-shift pattern:

A reasonable amount of overtime, including some weekends, will be required and paid at a premium rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee the decoiling line, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage and support a small team to meet production goals.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years’ experience operating a decoiling line.
- Steel Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the sector.
- Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
