Control Panel Wirer Wanted! 
BCS Connect is on the lookout for a skilled Control Panel Wirer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with hands-on electrical experience who’s ready to tackle exciting projects. If you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Control Panel Wirer, you'll be working on a variety of tasks, including:

• Wiring Electrical Control Panels: Following detailed wiring schematics and layouts to assemble control panels for various systems.
• Reading and Interpreting Schematic Drawings: Ensuring all wiring is completed to precise specifications based on technical blueprints.
• Cable Termination: Connecting wires to relays, switches, motors, and other components, ensuring everything is securely in place and properly insulated.
• Panel Testing and Quality Checks: Verifying that panels are wired correctly and performing electrical tests to ensure everything functions as it should.
• Component Installation: Fitting components like circuit breakers, relays, fuses, and contactors within the panel, ensuring they’re correctly positioned and secured.
• Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: Identifying any issues during or after assembly, performing adjustments, and making repairs if necessary.
• Compliance with Safety Standards: Making sure all work is performed in line with electrical regulations and best safety practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• ? Extensive hands-on experience in electrical wiring
• ? Strong understanding of schematic diagrams and how to translate them into real-world assembly
• ? Attention to detail and precision in your work
• ? Familiarity with cable management and component installation
• ? HVAC experience is desirable, but not essential
