Are you an experienced CNC professional with a passion for leadership? BCS Connect is seeking a CNC Team Leader to join our client’s team in Brownhills for the PM shift. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate!

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to lead a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Skilled in setting, programming, and operating CNC Machines, including Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) and lathes.
  • Conversant with Fanuc controls.
• Team Player: Strong communication and organizational skills to drive productivity and ensure high-quality standards.
