Your Role as a Skilled CNC Team Leader
???? Set, operate, and program CNC lathes or VMC machines
???? Lead a team of CNC machinists, ensuring smooth production
???? Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
???? Troubleshoot and optimise CNC programs for maximum performance
???? Work collaboratively to meet production targets

What You Need
? Proven experience as a CNC Team Leader / CNC Setter / CNC Programmer
? Strong knowledge of lathe or VMC machine programming
? Ability to lead and mentor a small team
? A proactive and problem-solving mindset
