CNC Shop Floor Manager ????

Location: Brownhills, Walsall
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Day Shifts
Job Type: Permanent

BCS Connect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Shop Floor Manager with a strong technical or engineering background, particularly in Vertical Machining Centres (VMC).

Key Responsibilities:
CAD/CAM Competence: Ability to produce, program, set, and operate CNC machines.
Management Skills: Overseeing shop floor operations and team management.
Ensuring the efficient and smooth running of day-to-day production.
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:
Proven experience with CNC machining, programming, and operations.
Strong expertise in VMC.
Solid background in technical or engineering disciplines.
Leadership and organizational skills to manage and optimize production processes.
