Are you a skilled CNC Setter looking for your next opportunity in the Dudley area? We’re on the lookout for two experienced professionals to join a thriving, precision engineering business – one on the CNC Lathe (Mazak controls) and the other on an XYZ machine with Siemens controls.
This is your chance to work in a clean, organised workshop with a supportive team and steady workflow. If you enjoy working on small batch work, one-offs, and setting up machines from scratch – this role could be perfect for you.

What You’ll Be Doing as a CNC Setter:
Setting and operating CNC lathes with Mazak controls (for one role)
Setting and operating XYZ machines with Siemens controls (for the second role)
Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
Performing first-off inspections using manual measuring equipment
Adjusting offsets and tooling to maintain tight tolerances
Working on one-off and small batch components
Assisting with basic maintenance and machine upkeep
Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a CNC Setter (either Lathe or XYZ)
Confident in using Mazak or Siemens controls
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A proactive attitude and team player mindset
