Civils Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for complex civil engineering projects? We are seeking someone to lead the design and build of specialist environmental protection solutions in challenging environments like Oil & Gas sites, HV Substations, Chemical Engineering Plants, and COMAH sites.

????? What You'll Be Doing:
???? Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
????? Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and engineers to review design documents.
???? Plan and coordinate the entire project, managing work schedules and programs.
???? Work with the procurement team to secure necessary materials and equipment.
???? Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including supervising labor, monitoring subcontractors, and inspecting work quality.
?? Promote and enforce health and safety standards through regular site inspections.
???? Manage subcontractor schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
???? Attend site meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues.
????? Ensure projects meet technical standards and quality requirements.
???? Liaise with technical, financial, legal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
???? Prepare work packages and oversee procurement for project sites.

What We're Looking For:
???? In-depth understanding of the construction industry.
???? Familiarity with legal documentation surrounding construction (JCT, NEC).
???? Strong skills in Maths, IT, and business management.
???? Ability to take initiative and lead with confidence.
???? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
???? Current SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
????? Proficiency in MS Project and basic AutoCAD.
???? Full UK driving licence.
???? Right to work in the UK is essential.
