Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team in the Walsall area. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic carpentry work using hand tools, creating high-quality woodwork pieces, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bench joinery tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden components.
Use a variety of hand tools to carry out carpentry work.
Follow detailed technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate pieces.
Ensure all work meets the required quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workbench and workspace.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role in carpentry.
Proficiency in using hand tools and basic carpentry equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Valid driving license is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
