Job Title: Assemblers – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Cannock, WS11
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn a new skill? BCS Connect is currently recruiting for Assemblers to join a growing electrical manufacturing team based in Cannock (WS11).

This is a temp-to-perm position with full training and guidance provided. While previous experience in electrical assembly is beneficial, it is not essential — we’re looking for individuals who are switched-on, dependable, and ready to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bench assembly of electrical components

Working with LED lighting components

Preparing boards and wiring work

Following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality output

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (early finish!)

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and willing-to-learn attitude

Good attention to detail

Reliability and punctuality

Basic understanding of hand tools (advantageous)
